Story Line - Elite magicians known as "mages" dominate the Empire of Izmer, while the regular people live in fear and oblivion. In order to overthrow Empress Savina, the wicked news source wizard Profion plans to bring equality and prosperity to her country.
Did you wish to Pelor or Olidammara that another Dungeons & Dragons movie would be created after seeing the first? This film is a far cry from the first, so don't expect that desire to be fulfilled. Not to worry, D&D fans who disliked the film only due to its name may be in luck.. Wrath of the Dragon God is a lot more faithful to the original material. Being a Syfy made for TV movie, the budget and distribution were tightly constrained. But how does it stand up as a film and as a D&D story?
